The hotel was close to restaurants and bars, which is a plus. The rooms were tidy and reasonably priced, and the staff was friendly. The pool was clean and refreshing, and we enjoyed spending time there.
During our stay, we experienced a lot of noise from construction sites around the hotel, which made it difficult to sleep and relax during the day. the breakfast was underwhelming, and the pastries were not fresh.

The hotel does not have an elevator for people with mobility issues, which might be a concern for some guests.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways! the location was ideal - just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by an array of restaurants and shops. The neighborhood had a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, especially for the LBGT community. Secondly, the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices and included amenities like breakfast. Lastly, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, their service really made my stay memorable. I also loved the attention to detail in the rooms on the upper floors, and the views from the rooftop were stunning. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The location of this hotel is great - just a block from the beach and in the Downtown area, near many stores and restaurants. It's perfect for exploring the area and enjoying all the amenities Puerto Vallarta has to offer.
The breakfast included in the stay was not really to my taste.

This hotel is a calm oasis in the middle of the lively Zona Romantica. The traditional Mexican style gives it a unique charm, and the pleasant patio with a heated swimming pool and relaxing dining area is a definite highlight. The beautiful rooftop terrace is perfect for unwinding and taking in the views. The hotel staff are very courteous and helpful, ensuring a great experience during our stay.
All the basic amenities were provided, nothing to complain about.

The hotel was very clean and had excellent facilities. Its location was perfect with easy access to many stores and restaurants in a local grocery store. It was also convenient to get to the airport with a 25 to 30 taxi ride. Staff was very welcoming and friendly throughout my stay.

The hotel was conveniently located near the beach and had a lovely pool area. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure we had clean rooms and fresh towels each day. the room had a nice balcony overlooking the city.
The noise level at night was unbearable, especially during Easter weekend. Loud music and screaming could be heard until early hours of the morning.
